They offered me 200 hundred US as a gesture of good will to call it case closed. I said im down 577 pretty much right now, i would like the procedure reviewed and at least 60 days of free trades, they said no can do. Was told by TD that i can have them review the calls of what i was told etc...

Thanks so much for the reply! Wow, i see how many filled outside NBBO, at least theirs were within reason i guess. The other thread is a terrible situation for that person! I guess i should have known that the fill was completely out of reason. Will follow up with TD on procedure and what if...

Thanks for the info! Based on conversations with TD and CBOE regulatory, no one seems to know what if any procedural recourse exists. Figured i would at least spend today getting answers, so i know for next time at the least, and will for sure close out the trade as best i can.

Yep that was me! Too late they took the money back even before the market opened today. I wish i would have done that yesterday, but not sure it would have been allowed anyway due to clearing rules
