    the current prop I trade with (Alkaline Capital based in Canada) seems to have started offering their software access with full market data without needing their execution service. I am not sure about the details but you can write to them and check if that is what you are looking for

    SMB, T3, etc.

    The last I know, T3 does not take non-US residents. Not sure about SMB but they will require Series 56 if they do indeed take non-US citizens. Not sure which props give options access as the one I currently trade with provides cash market access only currently
