I'm sure they don't care about the NYSE. They've had a computer in SF handling all the retail flow for a while. Rumor is they are killing that flow. In the long run, I doubt they care too much about the floor operation vs. the upstairs operation. Upstairs supposedly banging pretty hard $$$...

Yep, I think Cyber uses UBS for their Dot now. If it goes to Lehman, maybe it didn't go to the NYSE. Might of went to the Lehman mm's. or Your order never made it to the NYSE on time, it may have gotten there after the market closed. Sometimes their network gets busy and the order won't...

Gotta pay to play!!! Why don't you use a floor broker? When doing size it helps having them even though it may cost a little more than normal. Dot orders are treated a little differently vs. the crowd.
