Volume based bars with "snapshot" data...is that very accurate using IB realtime?

I found the NQ to be very good this week again. I traded it off the 89 tick for entries with a 233 tick and 15 minute chart for "dual confirmation" of entries.

If the strategy can't be automated I do not bid....that is the standard now.

If you track the cumulative affect of the difference between "at market" buyers and sellers to what price is doing, you can spot some great divergence trades.

I found the 144 and 233 that I use for trading the futures worked just fine for the SPY, so no need to make any changes.

Good point I agree... The method I use can work on any chart settings, and that was important to me. I can trade off minute, tick, volume, pc, or range bar charts and still have excellent results...my system is NOT dependant on a specific chart setting to work.

At the end of day..Roger Felton's ATS "signals on charts" tool he has been building was up 18.00 points per contract for the Russell....simply amazing to have seen. I want to be in line to beta test this....sheesh.

BTW..Roger's Felton Method automated signals were up over 10 points per contract on the Russell when I took this screen image today..... :eek:
