The problem I see with Neos lateral is that he begins it before an existing one ends. But if he has correctly annotated a lateral from 11:25 to 13:50, we still have B2B's in a single up tape (13:15 to 13:50). Does the fact that they reside in this lateral discount the need for them to complete...

I agree, but this chart was re-annotated post market hours and it was still confusing. In real time I thought the B2B 13:20 to 14:05 necessitated a R2B2B. Very confusing.

Only if one has become informed to know what to look for to see where one went wrong.

Simple differentiation is required to resolve the uncertainty. Just learn to tell the difference between price bars and formations and the Volume and Gaussians which accompany them as well as the context in which it resides. Do this and you should be slaloming through each day banking...

What this really means it is prudent to avoid the market from 9:30 to 4:15. All times EST of course.

Not so much thoroughly, but correctly. This is a distinction with a big difference. In order to have a correctly annotated chart - in real time- you have to understand completely what every single bar of a given day is saying. One can have so many lines that the bars themselves are obscured...

My guess is that we had a retrace to a Pt3 down from a "faster fractal traverse". But that is only a guess. Full disclosure, the majority of my other guesses have been grossly incorrect. Good luck.
