Serious question. Say someone gets laid off and is entitled to collect unemployment. If they are trading during this time and making money, do they have to declare that when they do their bi-weekly unemployment certifications?

At least on the YM? The last few days have been above 200,000 and yesterday was like 86k and today is about to close at under 50k.
