Their trading platform is awesome, far better than IB from what I have heard. I use their platform but have never used IB so I couldn't give you a solid answer on if it is true or not, but I can tell you I use their platform daily with great execution and ease of use.

Sometimes in the low points it's good to reflect on the words of others to help motivate or give you perspective. It's not really cut and dry. Yes you see it, but not like the beautiful patterns described by gurus. The pattern can sometimes just consist of a tiny squiggle on any given leg and basing trade decisions on it isn't worth it imo.
