Good tip, thanks again. That's what I did. A shorter DSL line connected to my puter and a longer phone line connected to a phone socket. Both joined with a regular phone coupler for ca $4. Works fine, except that I am still fighting some parasite on my puter.

OK, you can get favorities saved in the favorities pane if you use an add favorities button, but not from a pop-up window menu. In the latter case you need to refresh the favorities pane to see your recently added favorite in there. OK, fine with me, I will stay with SB then, but it still is not...

Need a browser to get bookmarks organize faster. That in particular includes copying a whole bunch of them by selecting them (by highlighting all pertinent ones, just as in regular Windows) and then cutting and pasting them into another folder. I need to get a longer cable for my DSL modem. The one I am using is too short to provide connection to a computer in a more distant room. I need at least a 24 foot long cable. Does anyone know what cable I should be looking for? I mean some technical specifications. TIA.
