    yes. the key for me is not to compete where you have no edge. much better to trade based on stat arb concepts or correlations. like everything there is no easy money, only the most disciplined/hardest working will bank. just my 2c.

    Its all about game selection. Find a market that is less competitive where the larger players and hft are not speculating. The one big advantage you have is that you dont need to trade size to make money compared to a fund that needs to take large positions.

    It takes so long because most are undercapitalised dont have a clue why price moves learn from wrong people (think of a douche at home selling courses and demo trading in his pants) dont know what the true nature of trading is (designed to part you from your money)
