I've been busy with automating TS and IB. I fiddled around with Hyperserver but due to TS imitaions I can't send my protective stop limit orders until the price level is reached. It looks like the upcoming version of Hyperserver will be able to handle it. With all of this excitement going...

Is anyone using the above combination without software glitches? Also, is it possible to set real trailing stops that resides in exchange servers using this combo? Tradestation doesn't send the trailing stops until they get triggered and I'm not sure how HyperOrder deals with them. Thanks.

My initial short entry was good and trailed it and got chopped. Then went long and chopped too. However, I got in around 1.34 towards the US close, kept it during the Asian session and closed it at the top during the early European session. That saved the day.

We're following the market tick by tick, it's very easy for the big picture to get fuzzy. This is why I'm trying to force myself to use my adaptive trend indicators. The downside is to get chopped once in a while but then that can be stopped by using money management rules.
