Someone from a previous thread mentioned a book entitled, "The Big Hitters", by Kevin Koy. I would love to find a copy of that book.

I purchased the software quite a while ago. Play around with the software for a few weeks and you will be ready to hold you own at the tables.

All of the trading magazines are so useless. The only beneficial thing about them is the advertisements. Even when I am completely bored, I can't bring myself to read one of the articles.

If you are extremely wealthy and/or you have another source of income, have some fun with it. But, if you need to or want to grind out money each day or week, it won't happen with the Turtle System. (just my opinion)

Dow Jones News publishes halted stocks. If you use a broker that has access to indications, you will also be able to see which stocks are halted on the software. Sometimes CNBC will mention it, but it's not wise to rely on them.

That is just the way the "game" is. You're always going against the same things(with the specialist system). The only difference is that now, in this market environment, it is much more difficult to make money. When the market gets "good" again, everyone will be printing money, decimals won't...

I'm not expecting them to show their income tax statements. I was wondering which one's would show their trading records. I'm also not asking to see their deductions, just a simple brokerage statement. I was referring to the "vendor" gurus, that are in the book and seminar sales business...

So many "gurus" refuse to show their trading records. Which "gurus" will provide their actual trading records when you ask to see them?

I use a desktop computer with 3 monitors for trading and a laptop for internet and e-mail.

Never stop learning and observing. It never ends. It's what you have to do to be successful. You must also have an open mind, realize when you are wrong, and understand that anything can happen. You must have an edge in every area, from the computer you use, data service, data feeds...

I am curious if anyone has an opinion on Sammy Chua and/or his trading style. I performed a search and there wasn't that much info.
