it depends what kind of stocks i am buying. i am only looking at stocks trading close to book+cash value with little to no debt and that make money and have growth. i'm not suicidal and i'm not going to jump in front of a freight train of selling but i will pick my spots to add in.

i figured i would start this thread up after seeing that youtube video of the trader blow up. well here is my biggest loser.... i lost about 108k after my foray into merger arb with the HAR deal. the worst thing about that trade was i had bad dreams about me losing over 200k in that trade...

...actually yes he is. he has been adding to his BNI stake which is at about $4 billion now. he bought a reinsurance unit from ING for about $450 million. and he bought 60% of marmon holdings for $4.5 billion and will pay for the rest over the next 4-5 years...so that is about $7.5...
