    it was the closing print. it happens pretty often. LAD did it too...you see it happen pretty often on stocks that don't publish imbalances (usually less than 50k shares for the closing print). they just have some random print higher or lower.

    maybe not zero but somewhere close to it. the equity holders of fnm and fre simply are not a concern of the govt. the govt is concerned about the major foreign (aka china) holders of fnm and fre debt.

    i do know about the bigger picture but it looks like dtrader posted more correct info. thanks anyway....anyhow... i didn't think we were in for a surprise rate hike tomorrow. possibly more dissenters wanting a rate hike but this move was somewhat excessive in certain utilities like NRG, FPL...
