Thanks . I have looked at the contents of the book. It seems flushing the stones is taking quite a lot of olive oil. This might not work. Large stone may not be able to gothrough the tube and might cause lot of pain as a result. There must be some gradual process through food and supplements.

Thanks for your reply. For gallstones they donot want to do anything if there is no pain and most people donot develop any pain. Many even donot know they have gallstones. it is discovered while other checks are done.

you donot have to chant loudly. you can close your eyes ,be aware of the chanting and absorb the chanting. after a while you naturally relax and mind cools down. lots of people experience joy and peace and laughter. i wish i can find more chanting groups in and around london.

ammo , do you know why they bother to open for few hours. Cant they just relax and enjoy the day ?

I get so bored on weekends . Markets could be automated and are open 24/7 . Now on Sundays I go to a chanting group. They chant non stop from 11.00 to 5.00 in the evening and after that there is big offering of prasadam (holy food). enjoyable.

Thanks MTE As a matter of interest what other products you trade? Do you trade futures as well. Are you with IB? Eventually I want to day trade futures. Options sometimes gets me too much worries.
