If you're running Mozilla (any version) take precautionary steps to backup your bookmarks. This is a serious bug that so far, they have refused to fix. Its a ticking time bomb for users. It exploded in my face yesterday. Just a friendly note to others.

What floored me was his 15% allocation to gold. We'll see how this call works for his clients - that is, getting them defensive on stocks as they've moved down and going long gold as it's reached 17 yr+ highs. :D

I agree. TA and internals that I watch are also close to extreme oversold. Not all the ducks are lined up but we'll see this week.

Your blubbering is pathetic (and a little funny). As anyone can see on the chart above, your "call" went against you almost immediately by 55+ points (on the Nasdaq 100). I don't have any qualms about you or anyone else making a call but its how you react after the fact that I'm responding...

milan, the 3rd candle was the first dummy signal candle (the next candle traded above the 3rd's high). Your buy stop would have been at $40.50 and the stop loss a bit lower than the 3rd candle's low; giving $0.30=R (but maybe you weren't watching it at that time to catch this earlier entry)...
