    commodities supposed to be in a bounce mode...but extremely volatile except for some ag (coffee) which has fundamentals ....tells me traders aren't believing all the hype.glencore selling assets like crazy..fire sale dollar holding low and lower though.... without the volatility

    Your timing looks good here though....was thinking the same thing...watching closely all week for short entry...Columbus day could show jawboning though..plus china in middle of 5 years plan which they and US have a bullish slant and spin on this week

    would you hold a short to just before close on say NVDA thinking its friday and many longs may not want to hold it over the weekend with uncertainty about the patent?

    they are trading just that 2012 and 2000....probably not many traders on desks...one of the last good weekends for the hamptons So if it broke, your looking at 2020 as the upside?

    your style is good max, keying the support and resistance areas for risk/reward is very disciplined. and whats more you can trade any set up that comes along really using that discipline I do what I do in order to sleep better ..walk away from the desk without seeing good gains turn into losses...

    yea, I try to specialize a bit and get to know the stocks and mostly trade these either short or long... that way I get to know their behavior. PACB I had never seen but LL and NVDA I have watched enough to have a good idea of their psychological behavior spend the rest of the time on ES or CL...

    we have a Friday after lunch...dragging along and boring. This would be the time and place to which they might let it drop a good bit and churn more squeeze. They sure as hell aren't gonna let it drop monday morning after such a good run. NVDA looking good crude is dropping a bit after that...

    its not just LL...I watch daily opport for shorting the range of dog sh*t wall street has given us shak, etsy, angi, soul cycle if it comes, S, soda stream, magicjack..list is too long to spell out... but most go down quick and become better long opport from the bottom..once they pop they are...

    shorting a company that buys the cheapest toxic flooring they can find and then passing it on to the US consumer...now thats a trade I can LOVE I hear ya...that dog sh*t can run hard from its bottom and make some good money...much easier being long
