Thanks everyone. Re: Outlook. Ive never used it as Ive heard so many stories about viruses connected to this program. Do you guys consider it safe?

I want an email account that will only accept addresses that I specify. Most of them will allow you to block certain adddresses but this is time consuming and tedious and must continually repeated. Surely this feature must be available somewhere.

I dont know how long you have been trading but do you have any idea what your average winning day is? I think it is important to limit your losing days to around your average winning day. Big losing days will cause a lot of emotional damage that is hard to repair.

The hardest part of trading is learning how to become a good loser.Even if youre good about 4 out of 10 trades are going to be losers and when you hit a bad streak you might lose ten in a row. Can you have ten losers in a row without changing your strategy?

Thanks for the reply steve. I have had so many experiences where formatting did not remove all files that I am a little paranoid, I guess. Do you know for certain if a full restore does totally erase all old files? I know a partial restore does not as I have seen folders that were installed...

If I even think I have got a virus or just get too many programs that Im no longer using I will do a full restore. So far Ive probably done a half dozen on this computer and I am wondering if this can be overdone and cause problems eventually. Any comments appreciated.

I really find it hard to swallow when someone tells me their winning percentage is 70 or 80% but they need advice. This makes no sense. You dont achieve those kinds of win rates over a long time without knowing exactly what to do and how to do it.

What time frame are you trading? On a short term intraday basis I have found no value in watching any of them, not that I havent tried. Watch them side by side for awhile. It seems to me that the minis lead everything. There may be some value on a longer term basis, I dont know.

I think it is good to keep your losing days equal to or less than your average winning day. It is hard to stop trading but if you cant stop trading when youre supposed to you really dont have much of a chance, imo.
