Its only a grind if you dont like what youre doing. Some people actually like their jobs. I trade during the day then go to work and play on the computer in the evening. Once in awhile I get interrupted and actually have to do some work but most of the time I pick up the phone and delegate.

I would vote for ema's simply because that is what most people are using and the major use of ma's, imho, is to anticipate what the people who are using them are going to do.

I may have to change my handle. I used to do nothing but shorts but this market has forced me to change my ways and I am a better trader for it. I think I have finally obtained neutrality and I dont care which way it goes on any given day.

Charly Once you establish a channel and price fails to traverse to the left side of the channel you have an ftt. Pretty difficult to spot until a another bar or two have passed but you dont really have to enter/reverse right there to use it effectively. It tells you the trend is changing and...

Thx bolter. I looked at pingplotter but it was not exactly what I was looking for. It turns out that I had it all along. The XP event viewer logs every disconnect and reconnect with a timestamp in case anybody else wants to track this.
