Sorry I didn't record the error code, and I have totally replaced the WebSocket code with NATS so I have no way to retest.

It may not be IB's fault. On Friday evening I downloaded the close prices from equity close prices from IQFeed at 6PM, and they were still showing Thursday close prices. I reran at 8PM and they were reflecting Friday's close prices.

I don't see how. The funds themselves don't have voting power. The individual shareholders of the fund still retain their votes. However, the funds can cause dramatic changes to the prices of individual stocks by dropping/adding a company to the fund.
