Nice to have the news feed at all on TOS but why cripple it? NO keyword alert. NO alert by symbol NO symbol at all in the feed, only searchable by symbol So if a few of you lazy types call them and complain, maybe they fix it

I believe you have the RIGHT to request an erroneous trade review. There may be a fee involved. But the broker should not refuse you, especially in an extreme case like this.
