    Bull Trapping Part II or Sell the Bounce

    VIX sure looks like it bottomed as outlined in the volatility thread. Bernanke ADMITS to both inflation and a slowing economy. Seems like macro wise we get flight to safety a continued sell-off in the more speculative markets. The question is: Is the top in SIF's in for awhile. If so how...

    Bull Trapping Part II or Sell the Bounce

    Well the bulls were led to the abattoir. Question now is do we hold our prior lows? We had a heavy down day but are in a comfortable range. Doubtful we break support at 1245-1250 in the SPOOS. Too far too fast with major support 20 points away.

    Question for the old timers & experienced

    PhilC, Maybe if you weren't such a prick you could get a job with a trader. Think about it. You're gonna say Oh yeah you don't know shit, you're a failure, I'm a successful manager in Manhatten, blah, blah, blah. I don't blame anyone for not wanting to hire you. I can't stand you and...

    Program Trading

    The deal with all of these "cues" is to be able to decipher a sustained directional move versus the usual bracketing which occurs between EVERYONE. That can be done on the screen or via the pits. It takes awhile to coil then break up or down on all timeframes(rotation). When all the...

    $ Silver $

    Anyone ever ask the Hunts if they use "silverware" at Thanksgiving Dinner. Serious whirlwinds abound. Seems like a good time to start buying and melting crapware to fuel the speculative boom. Nothing like the sight of Grandma out on the curb selling her silverware to ignite the rampant...

    Quote from duard: 04-21-06 11:02 PM Intel should be a good long-term play BUT it may take awhile to turn around and S & P issued a downgrade yesterday. Wait for the downtrend to break then buy the first dip of the uptrend. At least that is what I will do.. 04-25-06 12:25 AM alot of...
