I wonder if the next leg down starts today or tomorrow, or next week. Gonna patient and let it distribute for a while before shorting again.

Nice article thanks for sharing... basically its the same experience that I had too. With both the pull ups and the squats. Keep in mind that as soon as you stop the daily work you will lose the strength a bit. These are best to do as a peaking cycle or just for fun to set some P.R's. I'll...

My take is that we will bottom somewhere around here, have a proper replacement but not set a new high in ES or NQ.. then on the next sell off ES will test 2740 area which is the real leg start for this entire move up. That will be the place to get really long!

What is the difference is the question? If you can lift more weight or do more reps at the same body weight... you are stronger.

Just for fun.... Do not make stupid mistakes like me... today could have been a fantastic day but ended up being mediocre due to lack of stop discipline.

I stopped the pull ups daily when i hit the 20 rep goal. It was just an experiment after reading the "Grease the groove" philosophy of training. It works for me and everyone i know that's tried.

no jerk or anything. I do strict style pull ups. I weight 165lb and do my work sets with an extra 65 lb for sets of 5-8 reps. My pulls are pretty strong. Got that way by doing A TON of them. I would basically do 15 pull ups before every meal. Ended up doing 60+ every day.

I started December 2016... I've come a long way in my chart reading skillz but still fuck up occasionally in letting losses run.

Rocketman, how long have you been trading?

Yes all the pull ups were dead hang. The idea of frequent training not to failure is that you get in a lot of quality reps and become very good at the movement. You can google the term "Greasing the Groove". If you want to squat more, you get there by doing it more often with more volume. Not by...

I basically fucked up, I was so married to my perspective on what should have happened in CL that I couldn't act in a timely manner and get out with minimal pain. I had the discipline not to average down thank god. Basically sitting break even between the SHORT NQ gain from yesterday and Long...
