Who's your broker? Do you have control over the market center you trad on? Was there any activity in the Time and Sales that reflected the move down? This sounds odd.

IB is not an ECN, nor do they pretend to be. Just FYI Good broker for US residents, but not good for people starting off since their minimums and commissions make small trades quite expensive.

Long EUR/AUD was a much easier "short AUD" trade. Cleaner too. Not trying to be Captain Hindsight here or anything, but even a few days back it had cleaner price moves and more momentum. Was your system specifically related to USD, or just AUD fundamentals?

"retail" yes, but you'd indicate that you're applying for a corporate account, not a personal one. They'll need a bit more info about the company and a signature from someone within the company who has the authority to fund and trade the account. In this case, that is also yourself.
