To Do focus in on individual stock news or overall market news when looking for potential volatility? Or is that not what this quote below was pointing at? To me it is saying to not try to interpret individual stock news but to be ready whichever way it moves pending news.

i have been around the forums long enough to look back on some of the solid traders here that agree/add to this thread. i think RN being one of them and that adds enough credit for people to follow this if they were uncertain. if you dont like his stuff, why dont you just move on. doesnt it...

what is "happening now" relative to? if it were second by second then it would be a constant fade/buy that would be impossible with out an auto system. if it is minute to minute there would be 200+ trades per day. if it was 5min candles there would be 100+ trades. not predicting the future...

Price usually exceeds the high or low of the prior day. Special attention to inside bars. Sounds maybe too obvious but taking a stab.

I like that. It would be nice to be on the bottom or top of that. If on the bottom, I'd cash out, if on the top, I like how it looks pending if the entry spot is the "right" one.
