I can't offer any since I jumped in head first a few months ago with gentoo, the most customizable distro. But I'm sure someone will offer some of the names that are available; for those who would not be able to work with the command line at times.

I think that's a misconception that is increasingly changing as the populous becomes more informed. There are distros for the customized minded, and now, many that are indeed as simple as "plug n play".
