So it doesnt matter what you want to record with this software, its capable of recording whatever you choose? How many days worth of data will it save before some needs to be deleted?

Well, tape reading is much more applicable to NYSE stocks. Especially stocks that do between 300,000-2 million shares a day. Stocks like JDSU and SUNW do too much volume. The rebate traders would know how to trade these stocks a lot better than us NYSE guys.

And, btw, sometimes it take only one print to have a very good idea where the stock is probably headed. When the specialist fills a decent size bid or offer somewhere he shouldnt have, it can clue you in to the near futures price action.
