eye exercises like EyeQ might help. If you trade in an office with florescent lighting you may want to change the HZ in your display/control panel and make sure there not at the same frequency. I think its 65hz instead of 75 hz.

Lol, I started shorting all sorts of stocks at 3:20 got out the last of them at 3:50. shorted some again at 3:55 and made back 40%. should have scaled out more when I was up. :(
