    There are some problems. I got this directly from the SEC PDT rule applies even if you are licensed and that there is no way around it, there are minimum equity requirements which is 25k. Brokers aren't suppose to give more than the 4 to 1 leverage. Again this doesnt serve as legal advice...

    Not everyone has access to 65K cash..and i am not sure that a prop. trader doing 1million shares a month paying .0025 is going to find .0015 for a rate...however i dont know much about retail trading...but i seem to have a sudden need to educate myself...what is a good rate for a retail trading...
