I too am with TOS, and can attest to the great customer service. How many times have you gotten an email back on Sunday night? Or a call to remind you that you need to close an expiring options position?

Ice is futures/OTC. You want ISE.

Hell no hell no. Those videos are so hokey I could barely listen. Also, not to mention he gives an example of using a butterfly, a calendar, and "calls and puts" all in one trade example. I also like the fact that he mentions optionvue is comp., however he runs his pnl diagrams in TOS.

How are thinly/untraded options settlement prices determined? For example, I'm the only open interest in a back month crude strike, but when the futures move up on the underlying, so does the settlement. How is it determined with no trades?
