I agree with the last poster. TOS calls or emails you to let you know you've been assigned and you need to put up money or straighten things out. If its part of a vertical, its really no big deal. This stuff happends all the time with them.

QID didn't close at $63, thats the problem. Closed at $67 and change. You're referring to "non-standard" options too, not "exotic" . For options adjustments (ie. in a merger situation) look at the OCC's website.

Nymex already has competing power products. There are no arbs going on because hardly anyone trades nymex power. Their contracts are 1/20th the size of Ice and their margins are higher. The small amount of nymex power that is traded is a result of people exercising options and being forced...
