It works like ES option, it's 0.05 increment if it's below $5, so I can bid $4.95, but not $5.95.

Let's say I want to buy a ES strangle, the bid/ask is $5.20/$5.60 I would bid $5.40, but IB TWS only allows prices like 5.0, 5.25, 5.50, 5.75... I'm not sure if it's IB's problem, or other trading software can handle it better. Any solutions to this problem?

In TWS, is it possible to attach a profit taker order and a stop loss order automatically (without clicking "advanced" to change any data)? I only need to do it for es. I used to do it with Button Trader, I don't want to use any third party tools any more. Thanks!

Finally got a reply from IB: This issue costed me $2K, which is really a lot for my small account. :(

Here is the screenshot, you can see I have two live orders, one is limit order with price that's much lower than current bid price, the other one is a market order. Both orders are shown as live but can't get filled.
