good point.....the elimination & consolidation of big houses form an even larger monopoly that`s easier to maneuver.

markets will do as they please.......they can & will remain irrational far longer than anyone here can stay solvent. we have not had free markets since the winter of `87 with the inception of the PPT/banking arm of the Gov`t to protect "free" markets.....for some reason,this remained a well...

premature call...........bullys got their number right into the magnet zone of 940/950......PA will be fun to watch here as bullys will target stops just above this zone to squeeze it higher & bears will be looking for a place to put on their shorts.

the power is north.....that move at the close should be more than enough to get us there next week.......given the PA at the close,i`d be looking to gap us up on the open.

correct.............so what was "your" risk as defined by your stop for this particular trade? this trade applies to only one individual......the individual that executed it.......where anyone else would place a stop is irrelevant.

what happened to the most important variable of the trade......the initial stop loss that defines ones risk? on a short term time frame,which is what you are utilizing,there is no more important part of a trade than the ISL.

bully ......& lookin` to leg north into our sweet spot/magnetic zone of 940/50......judging by the size of consolidation on daily,we could easily surpass the target zone & ride above it.

fair enough.......i remember `98/`99 markets very well with LTCM ready to take down the system with their exposure & Goldman/Corzine flying over head like voltures looking to pilliage. Thai baht & LTCM stole the headlines......those were some fun times.

this is exactly the PA i expect over the summer months.........strong impulse moves north....followed by flat to slightly down consolidations that gear up the next bear trap/melt up. monster diamond formation in the making on the daily/weekly charts. Septimius Severus replaced the clown...
