You have to be more specific on your description of professional daytrader, like professional with 5 yr experience, 10 yr experience, someone trading full time etc. Some professionals don't make a dime, some make a living, some are bathing in money.

I get that too, but it was only a $25 certificate. The one offered in Elite was a $50 certificate. That get's you free books. I Derrik Hobbs and a few other's for free. I need another one of those certificates so I can get Dave Landry's book. Any one have it, please pm me.

With your long history of trading the markets what is a strategy that has stood the test of time?

Here's another chart of a different stock, DST. It had a high volume reversal in August 6, on unusually high volume. I think it had a news event on that date. The stock eventuall retested its highs in Sep. Any one else have any insight on volume interpretation?

Take a look at the chart of PHS. What is the significance such a high volume reversal bar. The volume today is 4.7mil and that is the highest volume it ever had for the year.

Looking at the 10 year chart of the VIX, you can see the VIX touched 10 during 1994-96. Still a lot more downside for the VIX if it really goes to support. Market might have more room on the upside.
