When I am selling a put on a particular strike which is less than the current price of the stock, how much of my margin puchase power will be reduced? Does that vary as the put value goes higher or lower?

Guys, recently moved to trading spreads... Got a 700 Goog call for mar2008 and ejoying its moving all the way to 90+ Now sudden drop with the stop moved it around 53.. I did sold a call for 800 for the same price i bought the 700 call .. In this scene, is there any chance to loose my premium??

This stock is hammered heavily and trying to come back.. Believe this stock will run back to its high 50s soon after earnings... Any takers.?

My guess is these indexes are not going to hit their highs or recheck their values before haloween.. We dont have any big news or events to come nearby..
