    no, vonage was trying to get buyers for their IPO, and create demand in the aftermarket to take out the investment bankers who did the deal and their friends. but of course that's abundantly clear, now. and, apparently, they're about as good at that as they are at keeping customers happy.

    yeah, I think the ladder is pretty hokey. Maybe it grows on you. I was looking at Autotrader, which may do what I need. For now...but it would be better to be able to write my own thing. Time is the issue now.
