Ever since they were acquired by Options Xpress their commission prices have gone up.. Plus they have a history have data freeze ups. I know bcuz I had an acct with them a few yrs ago.

Ive been with MB Trading for over 3 yrs, only 1 requote(was during a major news event), executions in under 2 seconds, no BS. Ive heard good things( most of the time) about Oanda, but for me MBT for forex trading kicks ass...

Roark is right, futures is the way to go, no need to go prop and deal with their money leaching antics. I been trading futures (over 3 yrs now) and will never go back to stocks.

You really shouldn't trade with real money until you have traded on some sort of demo for at least 3-6 months. Better to make your mistakes and testing strategies on monopoly money for a while. Just telling you from experience....

I would think your so called friends would want to see how good you are before committing major money to let you manage. They would have to be dumber than a box of nails to let you handle that kind of money without a proven track record. How much experience do you have trading index...
