net +170 trades 24 ( lots of BE's ) typically on avg I have 12 trades... today did lots of mistakes stll net positive which is a good sign.

SIM Net = +50 Trades = 12 ( mostly BE ) Missed the long BO was in 2 minds now looking back seems easy one :-)

CL seems to have similar characteristics like yesterday but little less intense.

SIM By the time I understood the tunes of CL music its EOD. today = +168 trades = 13 ( majority BE ) Next time I see similar action I am prepared for it. Bottom line I learnt: This market needs counter trend trading with quick exits.

I am prefering to stay away till I see more steady action. Typically I like to expolit the weaker side, in this scenario I risk loosing my shirt.

My reading is CL is behaving little different today jumps up then within no time jumps down vice versa with power.

SIM 2 Trades both BE

SIM trades = 3 net = +450 I am loving this trading style.

SIM I feel so relaxed focusing on 5 min chart. I knew this mantra all along but I did my quota of mistakes to get to where I am. For me, in trading world unless I burn my fingers I just don't get it no matter how simple its expalined in the book. Today 3 trades , all BE's.

SIM net = +30 Trades = 4 ( all BE's) Missed 2 nice ones ( away from desk )

SIM Net = +280 Trades = 4 Missed 1 good trade, away from desk.

Even if I see 0.1% improvement I do not mind giving extra time... where I was heading there was 0 % improvement. Starting tomorrow I will be busy ( personal stuff ) for 1 week. so far only 1 trade +250.

Still SIM Trading I am at loss of words to praise Al Brooks and No Doji Thanks both of you for introducing me to 5 min charts PA... I used to watch 1 min more often and I almost felt I should stop trading ... too many trades, too many missed trades even if I am watching PA.. too much...

SIM Focusing on 5 mins chart saved my day. Trades = 2 net = +65

logged in late around 10, but 5 min chart has kept me away from clicking. If I was focusing on 1 min , I would have made min 10 trades and PNL negative ( thats my way of losing money ) Even though CL is moving down I do not see strength.

SIM Last week I had decided I will go with the trend only but was still looking at 1 min more often and small stop of 10 ticks. Got screwed. yesterday at one point I was down 900 but later just looking at 5 min chart was able to get back 700. 1 min causes much more trades than required...

Thanks for that. By limiting trades I mean no counter trend trade at all, I do not care how juicy it may look. Only trend direction trades and that to above/below ( long/short) ( 5 min , 20 EMA ) . I am not here to fight with CL but to be friends :) today +200 trades 4
