Hm, not sure would qualify as insider trading. More like manipulation, dunno. Tesla has the right to accept whatever method of payment they deem appropriate, so not sure what angle they may have here on him.

He's one smart cookie our Elon, I believe I made the call before Tesla's announcement. People that know how interpret price action, can see something brewing before news hit the wire. Hopefully, this is one of these moments.

Perhaps it's not worth shorting a volatile instrument which can result in some crazy price action near the top.
