The health care industry is a trillion dollar + industry,the people you mentioned cant compete with that.The Government is having a hard time starting a non profit health care company to compete with the for profits so you know Soros and other private citizens have no chance

I agree private industry is better then the government for innovation.The problem with todays health care system is the private health insurance industry and they don't really innovate anything.The innovators sell to both Medicare patients and private ins patients
