Reading through this thread again, a thought has occured to me. Most people at some time or another (me included) are good at getting into the right trade at about the right time, but have difficulty staying in the trade and not being shaken out. I'm sure everyone has or has had this problem...

Another thought. There are times of the day (not specific times, but ranges of time that depend upon events like reports or rest/lunch periods, closing times for other markets and things like that) that are more likely than others to see a seed shift in directional bias or an accelleration of...

That really depends how reliably you do it. If you have a system for doing it that wins 90-95% of trades and loses very small too, then it's a winning proposition. Best Natalie

That is pretty much the same with me. I use 1 min to trade off the open. 10-15 mins into the day I'm on 5min and either 10 or 15 min candles and working with those. This gets me entries very nicely, while the 10 and 15 min candles give me a good handle on the direction for the day and...
