16 losers in a row is pretty unusual. What's your entry setup?
I'm not trying to pry your secret method out of you or anything,
but it's probably something similiar that's being used by several
Elite members and you just might get some helpful tips.
(and posting a snapshot of a chart...
Anybody know of a good site to check in the mornings for info
on any reports or announcements that might affect the market that day?
(more specifically the Dow, Nasdaq and S&P)
If you don't mind paying $40 bucks a month you might check out www.ensignsoftware.com There software has a unique feature that lets you "playback" historical charts in any timeframe.
You can do this on the weekends or whatever. I use it all the time. You can't tell the difference. It's just...
BINGO!
Take my trading today for example. I've had 7 trades so far today. 2 winners and 5 losers, but I'm up $140 bucks. Why?
My average loss has been $8 bucks and my average profit is

LOL...of course it does. I think the meaning of 0008s' original
question has been skewed a bit. I got the impression the orignal question leaned more toward "Education" than intellect, and would a trader with a Doctorate have a better chance of
succeeding than a drop-out?
This site isn't related to trading, but it has tons of great freeware.
I've gotten a lot of great links on Elite that weren't trading related, though, so here's one back.

LoL...it's funny you asked this. I had just run across this quote the other day, and couldn't help but chuckle.
When I first came down here, I was Mr. Big Ego. I had a law degree and here were all these ex-cops and truck drivers and people with 200-word vocabularies trading in the...
