Yeah don't get suckered into the idea of overbought and oversold. The market will tell you when it's done. If the TICK keeps hanging out above zero, we won't sell off.

This is death in my opinion. High TICKs are signs of strength, not weakness. :)

High is good! If price is moving higher as the TICK is moving higher, it's a clear trend.

Exactly. It seems that big money builds a position, usually by making the bid look weak and then gobbling up every contract as that price tries to go ask. Then they start eating up contracts and the asks that are there pull out. It seems like a lot of market movement is from contracts...

Good to know! So that's 3 feeds that look very similar. For some reason the TICK on IQ barely ever closes above / below the 600 range in either direction. That would be the death blow to my strategy, although I would hope I could adjust with a brand new batch of studying if I ever had to.... :)
