Anyone know of a free email with support and resistance levels?

Are the levels actually accurate? what are they basing it on? Price action? Volume profile? Leg starts?

    Recovery Time between workouts

I read the book and tried to max out on squats every day. I hit the PR goal I had but then I stopped because I was only sleeping about 3-4 hours a night due to trading and squatting on that low sleep daily is not advised. I also did tried pull ups / push ups every day, doing multiple sets...

Took profits on 1 at 7411 to free up margin for a CL long trade, I believe CL is going up up up from here, got in at 66.24. Will try to hold the 2nd lot to 7300 unless a signal in the opposite direction comes in.

The book is like a phd/ philosophical dissertation. If you are brainy and enjoy fitness its worth a read. Look at Amazon reviews.

    Recovery Time between workouts

The drops happen faster once they start yes but the market distributes for a while which gives you an entry in the range. The BTFD ranges are way quicker so you have to very quick to pounce on the opportunity. I am talking about a little longer time frames, not scalping.

    ES Journal - 2017/2018

I like shorting because there is more time to enter at the tops, the topping processes plays out slower in the indexes, the BTFD entries disappear so fast that you have to end up chasing.

Interview with a Full Time Trader and CTA

What if the assets under management are funds from family and friends? If you had a consistent winning system and a track record I bet there would be a lot of people in your life interested in investing. Managing other people's money can be a form of giving back.

I agree with what you say for the average working professional. In fact this is what I did since 2010 -2018 with 90% of my networth. But if you want trading to be your profession then you should be able to do better than that.

How to read this VOLUME chart ?

Interesting, I was following your other threads for a bit and it seemed you were trying to trade orderflow of the dom... unless I am missing something. Why did you change focus?

How to read this VOLUME chart ?

Are you still scalping off the dom? or looking at charts now?

How to read this VOLUME chart ?

I hear you, I still struggle with that but its coming along. There is this idea in trading that trade signals have a probability of success based on historical results.... I dont really view the market like this at all. Every trade is a completely unique situation and must be read in the context...
