    Pull up a chart of the Dow and overlay XLE on it. Recently they had huge divergence, and now appear to be converging. Some have suggested that Dow Transports have recently rallied in anticipation of this type of thing (crude dropping)

    Well, apparently there is a $1 cancel fee from the exchanges. IF the retail trader places and cancels 5 orders in a day, that is $5 down the drain with no fills.     It's an interesting play. IYR - top holdings are all REITS: http://www.amex.com/etf/prodInf/EtPiHoldings.jsp?Product_Symbol=IYR As for HOV, it bounced off 200 day recently, and TOL bounced off daily 100 day SMA, they would have to break that support 1st. RWR is another REIT one.
