Actually, trading is about the loneliest pursuit on the planet. Then they tell you to go sit in a room by yourself and be completely still. I can see why some people might be a little po'd.

The funny thing is, I went to college in the 80s, and I can't remember ever having an intellectual discussion with someone and just having them take their bat and ball and go home. And give you some backhand advice on top of it. Over words. Words. Maybe I'm just getting old, idk. I mean, I know...

You see, what I learned early on is that what you believe is true for you. If one says that diet and exercise are many times harder than meditation, then that's what is true for them. For this trader, diet and exercise are 100 times harder than meditation. It always easy if you're not the one...

You see, if I try to promote this, it's totally against, the whole deal of meditation. I would just ask you to try to keep an open mind. If you cannot or don't want to I'm OK with that, and I don't mean to be patronizing by saying that.
