I have noticed something I did not see last yr QQQ + SPY and even sometimes DIA arbitrage closely pegged to the overnight stock index futures starting at 5 am ( or maybe 6 am) I did not see this start so early last yr ? someone must think they can make money doing it although...

are the bids and offers overnight various firms , hedge funds , competing with each other or is it one or two well capitalized funds making a market and sometimes just moving prices up and down to hit stops and produce profits for them ?

if one of the stock exchanges were to trade an ETF based on USD / EUR or USD / JPY rate :)

see IBD newspaper on weekends thats when 'buriedtreasure' ad runs usually it touts buying KKD going into earnings I can't believe IBD accepts ads like this

will this news ... which came out late friday eve have any effect on the sp500 / nasdaq100 / mister softee sunday night / monday am ? MSFT do to report earnings thursday ... maybe they will comment on the suits at that time ... ?

if that does not work go to the CBOT website and email them or check for a data vendor code there I am sorry the CBOT promotional commissions rate ended and its normal commisions now on YM :(

I can never go outright short below the days settlement for nasdaq stocks I can do whatever I want to thats the way it has been for me using IB

Does one purchase the software from Steidlmeyer and then pay a monthly fee to use it via Aspen , Quote.Com or the other vendors that supply the info as an add on ?

anyone ever heard of this software developed by the Market Profile guys ? seems to be an automated extension of their earlier work ?

SHOULD NOT TRADE FUTURES ... PERIOD !!! you might want to check out IB 's commission structure against Ameritrade ny the way. if you are comfortable with the extra bells and whistles from ameritrade .... and do not trade too much daily ... then perhaps it is ok good luck ...
