Open ECry has trade from the chart as well but I can't speak to the ease of use as I really like my DOM's. :D

http://www.openecry.com OEC's demo is pretty good imo. You get the full program with data to play with.

I would guess that CM = Austin's trading training site (ie paid service).

Open ECry has nice charts and doms as well. Free data to live accounts too which is nice. Depending on what you need, it may have what you need or if you need more also works with most EL indicators too now. They've done a great job in constantly upgrading the platform imo...

If you want a market that can move, check out oil (CL). Today is a fun chart to look at b/c of inventory so you will see some moves - either great or crazy depending on your trading style. Note - inventory typically on Wed @ 1030AM EST but can change w/ holidays

ES is great if you are trading large size. If not, I personally think it's one of the more difficult markets to be trading on a few contracts. Oil or Nat Gas can give you some bang for your buck if looking for stuff that will move.

OEC's sim fills are pretty good IMO. I posted a few examples on TL awhile back when someone asked there and in my brief testing I was getting partial fills, fills only if price traded through, etc. http://www.openecry.com
