I have not personally traded it, but have a trader friend that trades it. My personal opinion is that it is way to complex to trade profitably, esp at the beginning. Just my opinion, but not my cup of tea.

If you are looking purely at tick vs. tick, then I would add the EC - Euro FX - and QM - Crude Oil - into the mix. I know the original post did not ask about these 2, but it's worth checking out!

I have the Compaq version of that HP. It looks like Compaq is not making the widescreen model now, but HP is. I would highly recommend it for trading - the wider screen is very nice and you can hook up an additional monitor to it as well.
