i dont know any futures brokers who accept visa... ?
BTW, have you seen a zero spread on SP eminis? Volume is higher and higher, some day it will hit 1Mil. ! Electronic trading is the future :-)
Woow! Great idea! :) :) 3D charts... or watch NYSE or CBOT floor trading action at IMAX with your hands on the laptop - you'll feel like a real trader, man!
saschabr: its a joke?
i am also

BTW: maybe someone knows: are there any companies in U.S. who spend a lot of money ( over 1M ) to develop better systems than these based on MAs ?

I agree with you. "Positive expectation" ( we can't calculate it... ) doesn't mean that you're not gambling. We can't predict the future. The only thing we can do is to rely on past performance.
The biggest difference between most casino games ( roulette ) and trading: in roulette the...
The page does not exsist. Your link is wrong.
Keep It Simple, Stupid! is the greatest rule for trading and it should be used in many other areas, for example tax system also should be simple
Keep things as simple as possible.
Nonsense. Remember, there always must be other side of the trade. "Majority of traders are using them" - if they are trade with them, other "majority" must trade against them ( against 20, 50 etc. day moving average ).
And its impossible to calculate how many traders ( or how much money )...
ArchAngel, please explain us your words! I dont get it!
OK. "Majority" is looking at 75 day simple moving average. And I'm trading with 72 EMA. According to your words my indicator will not work effectively?
<b>LOL!</b>

so what??? NQ, ES, Nikkei futures ( - nick leeson ), OPWV, EMLX, INKT, AKAM, QLGC and many others stocks also "ended many traders journey"!!!
Maybe you have some stats - how many traders were killed by specific financial instruments? LOL
By the way, alain: what does the word "aggresive" mean in your post, "volatile"? The level of volatility can't be the only thing to look for when you choose instrument to trade.
The most important thing is: how much money the best system can earn trading some instrument? I dont care if its...
yeah, alain - eurostoxx is less aggresive... :p
My backtesting shows that systems on dax futures give higher profit in the same period ( from June 2001 to March 2002 ) with much lower max drawdown than systems on estxx futures.
I don't care that 3 or 4 traders loose money trading dax...
def - 2 euros per contract all included, but not per round-trip I guess??
DAX futures will be the cheapest contracts in the world in terms of commissions! ( maybe except pit-traded SP )
When commissions for EuroBund futures will be lower? EuroBund has a huge volume over 500k a day. But -...
Stocks with strong correlation with nasdaq... QQQ :D :D :D
Also CSCO, INTC, MSFT.
Avoid penny stocks. Can you daytrade for example this

Best regards and good luck!

I disagree. Indicators work when they fit to the nature of markets. "Majority" of traders can use no indicators, no studies, just intuition and it doesn't mean that some MAs will not work.
According to my tests, depending on market - some MAs work better than others ( EMA, SMA, WMA ). I...
Take a look at this:
http://www.neuroshell.com/news.asp?task=news&id=24
http://www.jjxcapital.com
http://www.supercomputingonline.com/article.php?sid=1715
They want to build one of the 10 fastest supercomputers in the world and create trading systems based on "neural networks"...
Same question. Does anybody use it? Impressive features...
Does Neuroshell help to create better trading systems than simple, non-artificial intelligent concepts? - I doubt

:) What are you talking about?
I have a system and it works well. I've tested many other ideas, DMI, TRIX, RSI, etc. and nothing is close to "my" system, which is based on old, very popular indicator!
1000% a year? That is maybe possible with short-term systems.
There's no magic here...
Does anybody have some historical intraday Nasdaq-100 index or futures charts from years 1999 or 2000 ( as a gif or jpg )?
I'd like to compare them with 2002 intraday NQ charts.
If you have them, please email me!
Thanks!
