Short most of the way down, and long most of the way up.

I only plan on holding stock for a day, make 10 percent great, then move on to something else. ITMN is down due to the fact they have halted trials. Is the stock really going to bounce on news like that, the following day? Not trying to start an argument, just trying to understand the effect...

I use trailing stops, and like Cajun only exit my trades when the price hits my target or my stop is hit. You are right on point when saying that exits are the most important thing when it comes to trading your plan, having a solid exiting plan will allow you to keep the profits you have...
